Our culture
Inspire. Innovate. Make it personal.
Our trainees choose Acuity because not only are we a top-tier law firm for businesses up and down the country, but because of our culture.
We win awards because we work hard for our clients. But our lawyers are people first and foremost - with personal and professional lives. We value our work-life balance and offer considerate working policies such as “unbound working” - where you can flex your hours around essential life commitments.
We prize innovation at Acuity, and our people think like entrepreneurs as well as legal experts. We are constantly looking forward to the future of legal services, embracing technology, continually re-energising our client experience with new products and employing up-to-the minute working arrangements like home-working, flexibility and office space whenever you need it.
At Acuity, we own our responsibility to reduce our impact on the planet, help our communities and make the best decisions for our people, our clients and our wider world. You can check out our ESG commitments here.
